The HDPE Swim Teaching Platform is an upgraded version of our proven fiberglass model, now crafted from rotationally molded High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). This new design ensures greater durability and strength, with the added benefit of being a more eco-friendly solution, as it can be fully recycled at the end of its lifecycle.
Engineered for safety, stability, and ease of use, the HDPE Swim Teaching Platform is designed to help build confidence in learn-to-swim students.

Preassembled Base: The leg assembly comes preassembled for easier setup – simply cut the legs to pool depth and glue

Enhanced Stability: The 1,200 mm platform features two cross members for added stability, while watertight sealed weights in the leg assembly help anchor the platform securely

Ergonomic Hand Grips: Integrated handles make it easy to move the platform in and out of the pool

Customizable Handrails: The platform includes a handrail system that can be installed in the center, rear, or along the sides; a side rail kit is also available for extra support

Temperature & Chemical Resistant: The HDPE material is color-fast and can withstand temperatures up to 37°C and ambient temperatures of up to 50°C, making it suitable for both salt and chlorine pools

Weight: These new platforms are slightly heavier than the fibreglass models with majority of the weight being in the base piping. The 1200mm weighs 35kg and the 1800mm weighs 55kg.

The Swim Teaching Platform provides a stable, safe environment where children can rest between drills while receiving instruction from their teachers. Its strategic placement in pool lanes increases the number of teaching stations per lane, allowing for more efficient use of pool space and maximizing revenue potential.
Removing From the Pool:
With our platforms, it is ideal to have 2-3 people to remove from the pool. This is so the person/people in the water can assist with getting it up on the edge. The more water that drains out of the yellow top, the lighter that part becomes, keeping majority of the weight close to the wall and the person lifting out.
